Independently managed the development of augmented reality (AR) lenses for tech, apps, and media clients. This involved defining project scope, securing production contracts, negotiating production budgets, offering detailed direction to the production vendor concerning creative and design elements established by our in-house strategy and design team, meeting client specifications, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
